We Are Training Provider Of The Year 2023!

It’s been a very busy year for all of us here at DMR Training – we’ve expanded on our NVQ funding contracts, allowing us to provide more construction workers with their qualification than any other year since we opened in 2013. 

A few months ago, we were told that we had been shortlisted for ‘Training Provider Of The Year’ at the 2023 Training Awards, a collaboration between FIS and the Worshipful Company of Plaisterers. We were absolutely delighted to be recognised for all of our hard work this year!

We travelled down to London and had a fantastic time at the awards ceremony, and we are thrilled to announce that we were awarded Training Provider of the Year. It’s such a huge honour to be recognised by the Training Awards for all we do here at DMR, and we are delighted to be able to say that we currently hold the title! It looks like Leigh Leopards aren’t the only Leythers to go down to London and take the trophy in 2023!

But DMR Training also had another win that was unexpected for some members of the team… unbeknown to our MD Dave Radley, we’d nominated him for the Lifetime Achievement Award.

On the day, he was recognised for all of his contributions to the industry and all the hard work he’s put into the business since 2013. We’re all elated that Dave won, and we honestly can’t think of anyone more deserving of the award.

We are all so excited and honoured that we’ve been recognised with such a prestigious award and title – and we can’t wait to provide even more people with a service we’re so proud of. 

We’d also like to further thank the Finishes and Interiors Sector and The Worshipful Company of Plaisterers for collaborating to create the Training Awards, it was a fantastic evening and we’re still so thankful to have been invited!
