A Level 3 NVQ recognises experienced tradespeople working at an advanced craft or supervisory level.
Like all our NVQs, it is assessed on site through observation and a portfolio of evidence, with no college attendance, so you qualify without stepping away from the job.
Completing a Level 3 NVQ in a construction related field unlocks the gold CSCS Supervisor card, valid for five years and the card main contractors look for before handing out supervisory work.
For CITB registered businesses there is £600 back for each employee or contractor completing an NVQ between Level 2 and 7, and you may be eligible for further NVQ funding depending on your trade and region. Talk to our team about qualifying your supervisors.
The step up from here is construction management: our Level 6 and Level 7 NVQs lead to the black CSCS Manager card.
