We’re a training provider for the construction industry and low carbon sector, specialising in onsite NVQ assessment from Level 2 to Level 7. We deliver a range of training programmes, bitesize upskilling courses and qualifications tailored to our clients’ unique business requirements or personal goals.
We’ve been around since 2013 and, during those ten years, we’ve helped thousands of construction professionals gain vocational qualifications and CSCS cards. Many of us at DMR have worked in the industry for decades, and we’ve learned that training is most effective when it’s flexible, dynamic, and puts the learner’s needs first.
OUR SERVICES
What we can do for you.
We currently offer the following recognised qualifications –
- NVQ Level 2 – 7 in various construction trades
- NVQ Level 2 – 3 in various low carbon and retrofit trades
Why take a qualification with us? We’ve successfully delivered over 1000 NVQs since our first one in 2013. The majority of our NVQ assessors have at least 10 years of experience in the industry and they work quickly – we’ll aim to complete your Level 2 NVQ in 8-12 weeks (unless you prefer to take your time).
We’re accredited to deliver qualifications by two major awarding bodies – NOCN and Proqual.

We can provide flexible bitesize training courses to help you fill skills gaps in your team. We cover a range of construction trades including dry lining, painting & decorating, bricklaying, groundwork and fire-stopping.
Existing building firms and contractors interested in branching out into retrofit can benefit from our bespoke upskilling sessions in domestic insulation installation. Our trainers specialise in Cavity Wall, External, Internal, Loft and Floor insulation.
We’ll deliver your tailored training courses from a venue of your choice, on dates that fit your schedule and minimise downtime.

Construction companies and workers may be eligible for government NVQ funding. Please contact us so we can check your eligibility.
If you’re ineligible for government funding, we offer affordable self-funded assessment payable in two parts – 50% upfront and 50% when you finish your qualification.
We inform all our clients about grants to which they may be entitled, such as the CITB Grant for NVQ achievement.
